My Story

Fresh out of college I spent several years in banking before realizing corporate America was not for me. I made a career change by becoming a police officer and have been doing that for the last 17 years. I was never able to give up my financial roots, so I've been providing financial planning services to my public service coworkers. That led me to creating a financial wellness program in our department that is designed to increase the financial literacy and well-being of our officers. That inspired me to help more people by opening my own practice. I want to help as many people as possible achieve their goals and live the lives they deserve.

The Mission

I'm on a mission to bring financial independence to as many people as possible. I hope to put an end to people delaying retirement, working overtime out of necessity, and facing financial uncertainty. I want to help you be able to do what you want to do, not what you have to do.

Money Philosophy

I don't agree with the planners who advocate for never eating out, going on vacation, or having any kind of pleasure in life until you are debt-free. I believe a sustainable financial plan should add joy to your life rather than make you feel limited and stressed. In other words, we should focus on what you want instead of what you can't have. I believe the ultimate goal of a financial plan should be to make sure you have the amount of money needed to live the life you want to live, whatever that may be.
